MEN’S MIXED MARTIAL ARTS:
Intense workout that includes boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, kettlebells, circuit training, weights, and wrestling technique; sparring (light and competition) cardio/core conditioning, and stretching. Tuesday and Thursday evening classes typically include sparring and grappling to prepare fight team members for competitions and tournaments.
Calorie-burning, high energy workouts that teaches fundamentals of strikes and kicks. Students use mitts, pads, and heavy bags to practice techniques, sculpt body and improve muscle, flexibility, and overall fitness. The class also uses circuit training, kettlebells, balance ball, medicine ball, plyometric boxes and many more techniques to flatten your abs and firm your body.
ADULT (CO-ED) FITNESS / CROSS FIT:
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning class that combines weightlifting, sprinting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, and medicine ball training to fit individuals improve cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
The kettle bell workout conditions the entire body through a series of drills in which students swing and lift round cast-iron weights with built-in handles. Kettle bells are an especially effective way to increase flexibility, mobility, strength and stamina. In a short time, the workout will help you improve your performance in sports and day to day activities.

KIDS/TEENS MMA & FITNESS:
Your child will learn basic Martial Arts and self defense skills at a pace that is conducive for them. The techniques are taught using fun interactive games that keep your child active. Our kids classes will also help sharpen your child’s motor skills while they have fun!
Each instructor brings their own skills and styles to each class, but all classes provide challenging workouts in a supportive, friendly environment.
